ST MICHAEL'S PRAYER

 

This prayer can be found on the right hand wall as you go through the main entrance of the Church.  This lovely prayer reads as follows and is dedicated to the Friends of Flixton Parish Church:

O God who through the years hast preserved for us this

Thy Church to be a power house for a living faith:

Kindle in us a new zeal for work and witness in this Parish:

Grant that it may continue to be a strong rock of faithful service and that the worship of its numbers may be always acceptable unto Thee.

For the sake of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
